lol i recommend learning the alphabet first like あ = a い = i う = u え = e お = o so you can read japanese! sure youmay not be able to understand some of the words but once you learn some words then you can read the symbols and automatically understand it (if that makes sence?) some kanji is also important like 私 = watashi / i 日本語 = nihongo / japan make sure to go at your own pace and dont burn yourself out though :) also listen to alot of japanese music and podcasts once you know a few words to check your hearing hting to see if you can undertand it :DD (btw dont worry about learning ALL the kanji seriously theres like 10000 of those things and we can somewhat understand you even without using kanji from guesing the context :))
