9.6/10 I see how some of the lines you used the fill tool in I can see the edge of where it didn't fill in all the way. It isn't the worst but it's very /very/ mildly annoying. The face is a little mushed up and it confuses me a little on what is where. I do like the design a lot but some of the lines could be cleaned. On the better side, the art itself is terrific and I love how the colours peacefully go together which makes it easy to look at without peoples eyes bleeding out. The pattern is beautiful and how you made it look so natural. I can tell the work put into it. The pose and expression on it also look really good.

9.9/10 I see some lines clashing which bothers me a little. The same first problem I saw in the last one as well. Some of the bucket filled lines are shown where it didn't fill the pixels in all the way. The animation is meant to be kinda choppy like that but I wish there was something a little between it to make it easier to adjust to. The colours are amazing on how they go together. The line colour doesn't collide like it would if it were pitch black because of the soft brown. If you put a black line against a soft colour then it wouldn't look the best. Otherwise, I love the cartoony/chibi hybrid style and the little face. It perfectly represents how that character would act.
