Equestrians. Bipedal horse creatures, stand about as tall as the averange hylian. Direct descendants of the horses you see running around in the wild. When they saw how well the other species could fight and do other tasks, they wanted to be Able to do stuff like that. But they were unable to do to lack of hands and being quardrapeds, over the years the eventually evolved into the equestrians.
