I agree with this. I take many verbal hits throughout my everyday life, but some do hurt at times. There are times where I don't feel comfortable crying in front of friends in fear of judgment. You just need to love yourself anyway. No matter how bad they hurt, the storm will pass. I've been in many, so I can say it out of the experience.
