FRIST use the fill tool to fill in the top Layer you want atleast 2 or 3 SECOND you change the optcipy of the color you want to be the flashlight and erase a hole with the changed opticpy color THRID fill in the second or frist layer with the flashlight color FOURTH make the backgroud you can use the paper or the frist layer
