BECAUSE YOUTUBE REWIND SUCKS! it's becoming less and less like a badge of honor and more like trying to get it over done with, because they honestly don't give a crap about other youtubers they pick favorites also known as the TV personality! Liza Koshy, Logan and Jack Paul people who are dead inside but can make a big fake smile and lots of money. they don't care the people who put their lives in their work youtube only cares about the money and that's why youtube is a broken system it's about the money, not the people
