Linkplease don't judge the clothes! I tried my best, and I'm still trying to draw clothes.
1) I noticed you drew the clothes at the same time you would draw the body, and doing so makes the proportions off, so draw the body, then draw the clothes on top.
2) use guidelines for the head. Draw a circle, then draw the rest of the face using that circle as a base. You should also use guidelines for the eyes to make them even.
