How do you know when s manic episode has ended i csnt tell if ive been in like a three month long epidofe or if its just been on and off because i keep getting manic snd then being like oh i was being manic that explains it good thing im not manic snymore and then a week later im like ih i was still manic

And then it repeats i cantt tell if ive been in and out of episodes because if i have been i cant remember what felt different but i have lost some memory so im assuming those little bitsduring this i cant remember was just me kesving an episode for a bit
