ableism can both be actions against physically disabled people and actions against mentally disabled, in this case it's mentally
like all -isms its not just limited to actively hating people literally only because they're neurodivergent or something, it can also be using slurs that only nds can reclaim as a nt, accidentally harmful stuff, etc
