So, your oc was at this beach. Pretty nice, right. When their about to leave, they see a tail come out of the water. It was black and dark purple, and too big to possibly be a fish. Your oc waited a bit to see if it would come up again, but instead a girl popped up out of the water. She looked around but didn't notice you. Then, she sits on the beach showing her tail, turn into human legs.
