Tofauti- a white lioness. She was at first, like all the other lions, trying to kill Peke. But she decided that it all got out of hand, and befriended Peke. Jasiri and Peke were fully accepting of the idea of a lion joining their group, but Tamu, a jackal with a history of antagonistic lions, couldn’t help insulting Tofauti frequently. Eventually, Tofauti and Tamu did become best friends, and saved each other on multiple occasions. Mink- Peke’s younger sister. She is an African striped hyena, and is very different from her older sister. She has a lot of self-confidence, and is very good at defending herself. She assists the main group sometimes. Muuaji- A spotted hyena. She is responsible for the death of Shadow, however it is still blamed on Peke. Muuaji helps Peke hide from the threat of lions. Shadow- a vengeful lioness. She could be seen as evil, because of all the suffering she causes, but all she truly wants is to be free.

Kichaka- Jasiri’s mate. She is very motherly to her adopted cubs, and to her mate. She is also good at fighting tho. Cape pups- Laini, Mbeya and Uzuri are Jasiri and Kichaka’s adopted pups. Laini is very innocent and shy, Mbeya is very playful and rough, and Uzuri is beautiful, and will not let her siblings forget it. Kigeni- an Ethiopian wolf. She is a traveler, as she travelled from Ethiopia to Tanzania. Tamu and Peke both crush on her for a while. Nyota- a serval. She likes to act cool, and thinks of herself as a bad girl serval. Chiku- A female impala.
