I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but I really want this cycle to end... I really want you to get the help you need. Even if those thoughts may be gone right now, even if you say you don't need help, I really want you to try and talk to a professional. There are online resources available.
I'm saying this because I really care about you and you're one of my best friends.
