The creator abandoned the series a long time ago in favor of a webcomic that's kind of based on the same concept? But I'll be honest... I'm not a fan of it. So I've been scouring, like DEEP-SEA-COMBING the internet for ANY remnants of the series online, any related art by the creator on her (now archived) website and It's THERE, there's CLEAR EVIDENCE of it existing, it's just... NOT archived properly and the website is a shell of what it's supposed to be... I think. So my question is this, would it be morally wrong to create my own series based off of Wolves of the Mist, with altered characters and plot?
