I FORMED A DEPENDANCE ON SODA AND OTHER SWEET THINGS BECAUSE IT HELPED WITH MY DOPAMINE DEFICIENCY CAUSED BY MY ADHD??!?!???

i hate the lack of education about how adhd really is. legit i didnt know the severity of what adhd can cause until a year ago maybe. and ive lived with it my whole life. i always just doubted myself instead and thought it was all my fault because i was never taught that its actually my mental disability causing these things, and no one around me knew these things either. they still dont most of the time, no one thinks adhd does anything. its a genuine disability and it has given me big setbacks in life
