Since my cousin was talking about Gravity Falls, I asked him who his favorite character was, and he said it was Bill Cipher XD. I asked him why, and he said- "He has a good looking top hat, and a good looking bow tie," As he said that, he made the motion as if to fix his own bow tie, LOL
