btw i also decided to use darker shades of red for blood to see if it works out. and it does. idk if i'll continue doing blood like that since it's very unrealistic since blood is only dark when there's a shitload of it(?) and because dark blood indicates it doesn't have any oxygen in it. blood is actually lighter (it even looks like neon red sometimes but that maybe due to lighting) when oxygen makes contact with it.

i just turned this into a science lecture :skull: but yeah, dark blood is unrealistic when it's out of the body (or in the body, depends on where tf it is in the body) because of oxygen which will make it lighter shades instantly.
