call the police or something, that sucks im so sorry tell an authority figure like the cops tell them why, the mom gets arrested and your friend get the help they need
yea well cps has been called so many times and it only got her hit more and non of us know who to call anymore bc we dont want her goin into foster care and we dont want her to kill herself theres like no where for her to go her dad doesnt have full custody so she cant go live wit him if her mom goes to jail she goes into foster care and gets split from her lil sister bc teens dont get adopted little kids do....
okay that's not how it works lemme explian I've been in this spot
1 don't call cps, cps doesn't do anything call 911, they'll do something
2 she won't go into foster care, she and her sister will go to next of kin, so their dad it's the law. they can't split up siblings, that's a last resort. they'll go to family first, if family don't want them then friends, if they don't want them then they go into foster care. so most likely they'd go to their father.
aaa call 911 they'll take immediate action, better to kick this into highgear
that's the best option, just tell them she's considering taking her life as well, make that very clear, then they'll know it's serious
if they don't do anything, then ask for a well fair check on her
