You don't know how to do collabs?
.come up with series and ideas, storyboard, etc.
.give each other specific roles in the animation so there's no confusion. (use discord or hangouts to get to know each other more and give roles)
.animate your part give it to the next person based on their role
(upload the file to ufile.io so the other person can download it)
.every time we make an update on the animation send it to the next member
.keep sending that file around the group for editing(based on role)
.Once the animation is finished, we upload it
