“We had to get the cats away somehow.” Goldenbreeze replied. “Now come on!” Shadowleg blinked and huffed, before clawing Emearldspeck’s chest deeply. Goldenbreeze swifty shot over to Mossheart and dragged him through the escape tunnel by his scruff. Mossheart bellowed a scream as he was dragged into a world of no escape, Shadowleg swiftly followed by doing the same with Emeraldspeck.

“STOP STANDING THERE!” Yowled Hivestar, who slowly chased out for them. Ice Twig, Bearflinch, and Ace stood in a line in front of the Clan cats, growling and hissing. Bearflicnh slammed Hivestar down but was swiftly shot down to the ground by Stingfoot. Swiftly, Ace was knocked down by Bumblefern, then followed up by other Leafclan cats. The leftover Rogueclan cats were outnumbered as more cats began to surround them. Ice and Twig swiftly pushed their way through towards the escape tunnel, knocking down cats and jumping over them. Ice grabbed Stingfoot’s scruff and thrusted him towards the ground before hopping through the tunnel. Stingfoot yowled and began to chase him with a twisted paw, however, he was out beaten. His paw gave out. Flustered, he looked back for any aid- specifically his dear Mushroomeye’s aid. Mushroomeye was busy holding down Ace. Stormpelt swiftly came to her aid and held Ace down with her before swatting down an attack.

Twig sniffed, then cuffed her, and tugged her back to him. “Whoa there.” He mumbled, tired and bleeding heavily. Ice stopped in front of a deep den. “Here.” The den reeked of badger. “It’s gone, but it will hide our scent.” Twig nodded and dragged the medicine cat in there before knocking her out. “This is our life now…” Blinked Bearflinch, as if she was in disbelief. “We were so close!” Ice growled. “How did they even find out!.” Ice sat and thought for a moment. Then it clicked. “It was Flutterstar and Lionpaw. They left to ‘check the borders’, and never came back!” “Why did we even LET them out of the camp!” Shadowleg growled, coming into the den. “Weren’t you the one who gave Lionpaw to her?” “Tch. eyes slit. “Wouldn’t have been a bad idea.” He huffed. “Tch… I’ve already apprenticed 3 cats, I don’t need more.” “Anyway, there’s smaller divided dens in the back. Put the she-cat prisoners in one, and the toms in the other. Put the rat in the smallest. Make sure her kits don’t get hurt.” Twig complied and did so, before flopping onto the ground, licking his wounds. He didn’t even flinch. Goldenbreeze herded Emeraldspeck, Oceanfoot, Sleekshine, Teddypelt, and Willowdusk into one of the dens. “I’ll go hunting,” Bearflinch breathed, wanting to escape the tensions. “Good.” Ice nodded. Emeraldspeck glared at Shadowleg. Shadowleg was too busy making moss piles for everyone. “You really don’t know anything, do you?” “What?”
