LinkWith what we know, I'd bet Hell is firing the aa's, maybe 7-2 is a active war zone, could be a machine takeover
We're probably fighting those "Sentinels" <--(giraffe-looking machines with that death laser for an arm)

LinkFrom what I understand, Hell modifies it's sinners, locks doors, takes machinery, and is not connected to the Terminals, who review machines performance, invented the Cyber Grind, and trade points/performance for the weapon variants. Now HOW do they make it, are variants remnants of the war, or do they have a machine/husk(?) who modifies off of what the Terminals request? ULTRAKILL lore makes me feel funny and I like it :p
