He's kinda my take on the Pied Piper so eeeeh, I've been wanting to make him for a while, I just haven't. Felias: experiment-1492 Male 5'4 103lb Ex-Hunter(Like Lamb and Wolf) He was thrown into Tanchietay when he was 2. He was part of an experiment that had been going on a long time with no results, until him. He gave himself the name Felias because he thought it sounded fancy. After he was showing the results they wanted, they wanted him to be a hunter to monitor how he handles situations and if the effects were only temporary. Soon after, Tanchietay was taken down so he was just left alone at the age of 14. He spend a while after continuing his work, but eventually stopped. He now lives alone, dealing with the one side effect of the experiment which he refuses to talk about. He has a place in his scarf where he keeps his flute for easy access and so it is easy to carry around. He's a sassy ***** and isn't finna take shit from anyone.
