Ive been destroying myself for years trying to make people like me and trying to make people happy and ive been neglecting my needs a lot so im going to try to take better care of myself and not force myself to do things that i cant hanfle emotionally so if you need something from me please ask first if you need to vent or rant or anything because i find myself gettung extremely upset and overwhelmed and then i get extremely drained from social situations altogether so if you need something and it's urgent you can tell me but pls give warning especially when it comes to things like rape or sexual assault and abuse akd stuff thank you
