LinkAre you okay with possibly feeding it live mice and/or rats.
It can be pretty messy, with blood and all.
Or baby mice, they are called pinkies, and you have to freeze them to store them, they are already dead of course.
Also, if you try and teach your snake to eat dead rather than live, it may not eat it, and you may have to continue feeding it live.
And you will need a separate area for feeding rather than their cage, so they do not think to bite anything while in their normal cage.
I used to have a snake, but I couldn't handle the feeding process, I love all animals too much.
