I covered a lot of ground, and waited for her to do 5 shots, then I threw a bomb where she would land, then took her out.

As soon as Agent 3 got her bubbles out, I went in close and killed her. I didn't even bother shooting the bubblue she already got out.

LinkPhase 3; Autobomb Launcher:
This was the hardest phase for me.
What I did was run around, cover turf, and stayed a distance away where my weapon barely hit Agent 3. Then, ran for my life from the autobombs afterwards.

This was the easiest. I ran around, and continuosly threw bombs. Not much else to say there.

I dodged the first 2, then for the 3rd one, got away barely, then threw a bomb, then attacked.
Hopefully this helped you, and you might be able to defeat her yourself.
this is exactly what i did but i didn't throw any bombs and i weakened her before i the inkjet and splatted her in the air
