I saw "A weird dream" and thought it was Turgon detailing his plans for a hidden city. Or rambling about how cool it would be.

Nope. XD Actually it was a dream where Fëanor had made a new object with an unknown power...and Nerdanel wasn't happy about it? And in the midst of the ensuing argument, the object teleported them right into the middle of town. Fëanor thought it was fascinating... Nerdanel didn't.
