my mom said not to worry but its 4:45 am and shes kinda outcold so i didnt really believe her. im trying not to sound in-experienced but i've never had a dog and i dont want to accidentally kill one.

Don't worry. Chocolate can really mess up a dogs insides, but thats actually only if the dog gets way too much chocolate. 1 Oreo won't do her any harm, so don't worry
