Okay so, when you go to the beta editor or any editor, you click the little gear icon near the tools and such, there should open up a box. Near the top of the box there is two papers. A paper with a red arrow facing down and a green arrow facing up, to upload, click the green arrow facing up on the paper and it should open up the file, select a file that you downloaded on this site. To download things, click the red arrow facing down and it should automatically download. Hope this helped
