Aqua Daemonium, which is quite literally Water Demon, is as name suggests, a water demon uh When observed by most people he is assumed to be some sort of angel since his coloring isn't red or anything, and he used to reside in Urdak until he was booted out of it by Vega. While he is a demon, he never intends to cause humanity harm, and having distanced himself from the demonic realms and Urdak, his rank as a demon was disregarded in Hell, and therefore by all accounts in those records, he isn't a demon except for name. So when the Doomslayer kills the Dark Lord, Aqua was not affected, since he wasn't a demon anymore.

He simply patrols the waters on our plain of existence, and others he travels to occasionally, keeping the peace and making sure the waters stay full of life.
