do you know if you can copy frames and then move them where you want to? or is there a tool to do stuff like that?

i mean move the frame to where you want it, like if you animated something and need to loop it once or twice without ending the animation; how do i do that if i can?

idk how im gonna do that ;-; (I don't mean to annoy you im just trying to animate something.)
