Once I went into the kitchen ( my kitchen leads to the deck door which also has steps to the backyard and I was getting a drink and the door came open with a gust of wind and the shadows made it look like a guy was there and I must’ve scared the crap out of my parents by screeching to wake them Lol- ( don’t mind random story :,) )

It’s normal to have commmon fear our mind reacts bad panik to common things do to the human emotion of fear. As we all know, it could be a sign of too much stress aswell
