I had t been sleeping much at the right time and I had t ate much in the last few days, and my body is having a hard time regulating my temperature. And I am suffocating in my bed.. For a while no, I’ve been being in my deepest and I can’t seem to get out of it.. I want help. Too leave and be alone, but I can’t right now.. Jeez..
