a lot of people just go back on older featured anims and advertise because they know someone is gonna see it, so its not neccesarily the fact people were okay with it just that it happens so much and a lot of older featured anims were made by anonymous accounts meaning the owner of the anim couldnt just, shout at them

actually, no, they really didnt. although its found on featured anims, the dates are far off from the original post date. that, or they wouldnt respond to it. being a part of the older generations of fa, a lot more of the artist were kind and had more creative skill, especially in 2016-2018 but 2018 was when most of those from that time started to leave because trolls were coming in, faster than we could handle. before that, fa would work together to either make a report or to trick the user into not being a troll. it sucks not having old gens around for most of it- but- ye-
