I've been having nocturnal panic attacks and its the scariest shiz
anyways last night was the best i slept

Please, if you have these symptoms
-heart ache
-chest pains
-random crying
-shaking
ect
you might be having a panic attack
not a heart attack ^^;
many hugs for people having panic attacks <3
so don't worry,you will not die, just try to breathe in and out slowly. putting ice in your mouth might help :]
