i needed to draw a perfect white circle outline for the bubble on a blackish greyish base and it was hard so i made a white circle and then made a greyish circle in it you can skip these steps if you can draw a regular white circle and then i made cyan magenta and purple and made streaks of them and filled a bubble with a low transprisy white
