oh? I recommend going to the doctors if that's the case- Get it diagnosed. If it's an eating disorder or if you have an illness, then it needs to be handled as necessary as soon as possible. because it's not exactly heathly to be incapable of eating-

that's a serious issue. you need to ask just /What/ exactly you have, because If you don't know, then you'll never know how to counteract it. In this case it's quite literally YOUR information, which you have EVERY RIGHT to KNOW.

then yell back, saying "If I never know what this is, I'll never be able to get help for it, and if it ends up killing me in the end, it's yall's fault for never tellin me how to help prevent it" Seriously. If it's something that effects YOUR ENTIRE LIFE You can yell at them as loud, and for as long as you oh-so damn wish to, until you get an answer. sorry, Hearing that people refuse to tell their children of what illnesses the child has, when the child evidently knows they have one, and WANTS to know what it is pisses me the hell off. It's like leaving someone in a dark room with a bunch of sleeping lions. it can ****ing kill them, make the situation worse, and on the offchance they get out alive, they won't know how the **** to actually live through it again. It makes me feel like it's that one damned scene from the sixth sense where the maid is feeding the child rat poison to keep her sick- It's ****ing disgusting and irresponsible as hell to me

No! It's fine! It's really not your fault at all ^^ I already know a bunch of people with shitty parents, so it's not uncommon. It shows me at least what to avoid as someone who wants to be a father in the future.

Oh goodness. that really sucks- I wish you'd've had one- Sometimes a good father figure is what you need. I've technically had two father figures... neither are perfect, but they aren't bad. And honestly, thank you. that means a lot to me.

but how's your current step-father? if he's like your mother, I wouldn't try to connect with him too much. but, if you don't know him that well. try to get to know him, and once you know him a little more, decide whether it's worth it to connect with him or not.
