The headache has been here since morning- but im not stressing out or anything-

I have finally found why i have headaches? Dont know if it includes long ones. (forgive me if i worded anything wrong here in this idk comment thing) Its due to back or shoulder strains. I regularly have them. Its normal. My posture is really bad. I cant even set my back up straight when i walk.
