HEJEJE that's okay dw i didn't really explain what they were based on so that's on me (mainly to prevent me infodumping because i have the most horrifically bad impulse control when it comes to talking abt my hyperfixations😭) honestly if i draw more on here i might, but all these characters of mine have SO much lore that i can't even fit it all into one singular comment 💔 i could lore drop the context to this drawing though if you'd like to hear ALSO I STILL CANT GET OVER HOW AWESOME UR ARTSTYLE IS its very eye pleasing im going to eat all of your art

OK OK so the context isn't a lot but it's a smidge part of his lore, Eugène feels at blame for the death of the surgeon in the survival group he is apart of (since the whole gist of guts and blackpowder is basically : napoleonic wars but zombie apocalypse, i would have a feeling that there would be survival groups), even though Eugène wasn't the one who killed the surgeon, he was aware of the danger that my friends oc – the one who killed the surgeon – had held, and Eugène felt as if he could've prevented the surgeons death if he had warned everyone about the man who had killed the surgeon before the whole thing happened. Eugène now feels like it's his fault that the surgeon died because he could've prevented it, which leaves him feeling guilty and afraid – especially since he himself had witnessed the corpse of the surgeon after he had died, which made the feelings he was experiencing way worse. The surgeon is actually another oc of mine named Benjamin, I might draw him on here tbh!!

HEJEJ THANK YOUU and dw me too 😭 it gets rlly bad when i'm sleep deprived i'm surprised i didn't miss a few words in that comment (i almost did) His lore aswell as my other ocs lore are very, very long and I think what makes it long is that my ocs lore is also intertwined with my friends ocs lore aswell which can make it a bit confusing at times to lore dump since I have to explain a whole bunch of other stuff which can get me sidetracked,, honestly depends on what I'm lore dumping tho I do think there are some minor plotholes and flaws in my ocs lore that I plan on fixing once I've finished the timeline for my ocs and allat.. I have them all stored on a character storage website called toyhouse, which makes it pretty easy to contain their lore and stuff, so I guess that's helpful🗣🔥

Honestly storing it in a notebook doesn't sound that bad and I would honestly do the same if it werent for the fact my handwriting (especially traditionally) is SO HORRIFIC💔 idky my handwriting is so bad on paper it's fine digitally usually I've been trying to draw more traditionally lately though :P it's quite fun and quicker than how I draw digitally which makes it easier for me sometimes as long as i don't get stuck trying to perfect something (cause then i get stuck on it forever to try and make it look right💔)
