That's why I love doing anything that involves talking to friends. It distracts me from a hell lot and I get attached. Then I get attachment issues when they leave and I'm like a dog waiting for their owner.

Then I break down from reality. It's gotten bad and I feel like im getting annoying for others

Plus my anxiety, and overthinking problems doesn't make it better
