Loca and Ploka are twins and are clowns, they are the helpers of the future jester in each centries, and they and the jester of the season siblings it is their job to help the next jester of the eclipse royal family because it is the eclipse jesters job to keep the child/children safe and happy when something happens to the king and queen.
