LinkSo to join cos why not:
1. Gotta have an ability. Not fully immortal since that's impossible, just something that makes your job less risky
2. Lose the parents
3. Wear your uniform at all times (people gotta know you mean business and will hurt if you gotta)
4. Carry your damn weapons. All weapons belong to each scout respectively, and only react upon owners use
5. Don't talk to strangers
