Its so pretty! Can you tell me what you used to resemble los angeles in this pic? (its part of the new rules :D)
Well I google searched the colors well I know the flag but I don’t remember the colors I used the bucket tool, the pencil tool but with a thick outline, I added a layer for the bangs and I also used the eyes in the same layer
