Most likely a 12 year old who learned to look up IP addresses. Yeah, its creepy, especially because anyone can do it.
It's not like he's going to come for you, and no one on this site poses a true threat.
Still, though, this guy is a huge asshole and shouldn't be doing stuff like this. I understand (and share) everyone's concern regarding this, and I'm sure @hackmeplease will be banned next time FA comes online.
The thing is, though, he can easily make a new account if he gets banned. This is because of the lack of effort it takes to create an account. There's no e-mail verification, nothing. Simply having his account banned won't do much.
