You come home 10 minutes later than usual, you don't see your roommate anywhere, so you go looking for him and notice his door is closed but not locked. You open the door slowly and silently, and look around, he was just laying on his bed completely nude, nothing new for him really, though you do notice that he is looking you dead in the eyes. He must've smelled ya, his ears were perked though.

Kai froze, awkwardly staring at Shade as he slowly began to turn redder.
"Should I go-" he finally said.
"not really, I just know when you get home is all, so I was a little worried"

Shade's tail wagged a bit more, even that was fluffy. his ears and his head were much softer than the rest of him
he allowed it, his tail still wagging happily. behind his ears was extremely soft as well, the side of his face had a more velvet texture.

Shade's tail was very soft as well, by far it had the most fluff on it. It was a bit close for just pets but he still allowed it.
