there was like anims that had 1 like and were like 2nd-3rd row on pop
I think it really depends on how active people are in different times of the day :^
Like in dead hours it when people aren't really active but when people start to like an anim like 5 it's a jump in activity therefore going to popular page
just get a lot of likes or make a shitpost with a meme and get 5 likes and boom your on pop page
