Oh there are two ways to do that (one on beta the other on normal editor) So what I did on that one was I edited the color (you can do that by clicking the color pallet icon) then when you get the color you want just move the slide button in the middle Then the simpler one that doesn't work when you use any other tool than the highlighter or paint roller is you choose a color (maybe you want a blue light or smoke effect) then make that color lighter if you want it to be more transparent and darker if you want it less If u want tutorial please ask I hope this answers you question

Note do not make it too dark so it does not resemble any black

One last thing is the 2nd one works on both
