i felt like doing this so uh, i made this acc because i wanted to make another alt bc i was bored, an di decided to make a simple neon oc bc i didn't want to make a very complex oc desgin, and i've heard about this ' color gang ' thing but i've never been so interested as to try and get in the gang, so please don't assume im trying to get in that gang, i don't care bout being in a gang, being in a group doesn't make you cool all the sudden but anyway just wanted to explain some things and yeah, one more thing actually, my opinions on the color accs that were being made, i don't think that was a good idea, and yeah, just an opinion,
