I dtsrt having a panic ttack on call with my girlfriend luckily she didnt notice because i was trying to not breathe really loud idk what triggered it but we were talkingand i started breathing hard and i got nervous and i knew it w coming so i asked to talk about something else and then i tried to get her to talk instead of me after muting so i could try to calm down and it didnt work so i jsut asked her aiut her day and then she tried to ask me amd i said i forgot and she went to bed so Its ok but im still
