i've seen a similar thing on tv before and just *grabs same idea and slams it down* Dex finds out he can't remember his own birthday and is like "that is sad,. y'know what screw it TODAY is your birthday,. idc if its not actually when u were born u get free cake today"

dex: today's about YOU what do you want to do today? and a few hours later they were permanently banned from every hot topic known 2 man

despite music being a huge thing in her family,, she picked up baking. I haven't gone into depth but she's lost a lotta people in her life, and struggled with a lot of horrible things from that. But she wasn't gonna shut down without a fight. She had known abt their grandparents bakery,, so xe tried her hand at baking. it was actually really comforting for her,, and she wasn't half bad, zhe found joy in it. That and teaching herself to play piano, something xyr mother had failed to do, really stopped them from shutting down. she likes making others happy. its what makes them happy. which is why the fact her dad left them affects xem so much. she was just a kid. he barely knew them. (which, this links to the aus where they turn evil) along with making people happy, they want to be liked. desperately. thats why music and baking mean so much to them, it's something that they can make a good self image with. something people might like them for.
