Probably. I don't really know you all that much but I assume you might have something like autism. I don't think people can "make something up" if they aren't doing it very on purpose. Even then, if someone were to try and make something up there's always a chance they have something else.
i have adhd so ive always been kindof afraid that im wrong and its just teh symptoms overlapping,,, i dont want to waste time trying to see if i have it just for it to be adhd all along
The symptoms don't really overlap all that much, they're really different things IMO. You can have ADHD and Autism [I am a walking example of it.] The whole reason I got an Autism diagnosis was because I wanted to know if I had it or not anyways. I had this exact same question and learning that I do have this helped me learn more ways to cope. I say look up cool coping strategies for autism and stuff like that and see if it works for you?
