LinkCan wearing a binder for long periods of time(5-10 hours) be harmful? If it'll stunt the growth then I'm all for it, but are there any other dangers?

LinkWearing a binder can also cause back, chest and shoulder problems, but only if you are wearing it for extended periods of time.

LinkOk. Wait I lied. I do know more than that. Also, a helpful thing to do while wearing binders is to straighten your back and stretch your arms over your head, then take deep breaths and and cough a few times.
